17.00pm - 18.30pm Yoga time.
Exploring the Earth Element in our Yoga and its effect on creating a grounding stabilising practice to build on in Yoga and life.
The earth element gives us strength and stability so that we can stand firmly in ourselves and make positive choices in our lives. Energising yet calming yoga session to awaken your body, focus your mind thus arriving in yourself.

Day 2 - Wednesday 21st:
Detoxify Through Movement - Water Element
08.00 - 08.30 Pranayama & Meditation followed with Warm Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon and Honey.
08.30 - 09.30 Yoga. Dynamic yoga flow to stimulate circulation and aid detoxification. Let it flow, let it go!
Exploring the Water Element in our Yoga and its effect on following our flow in our practice and life.
The water element represents movement, creativity and pleasure. Through the water element we connect with our creativity through flowing movements linking breath and movement in one continues state of flow. We will soften and open up to what we need in our practice and life.

10.30 - 13.00 Sauna Ritual & Free time.
13.00 - 14.00 Nutrient Detox Juice Workshop.
14.00 - 15.30 Afternoon Walk or enjoy some free time.
15.30 - 17.30 Yoga. A beautiful combination of Earth & Water. A practice where we will focus on staying strong in the flow followed by Candlelit Yoga Nidra.
17.30 - 18.30 Circle time. Talk on the benefits of making healthy choices in our life and the importance of a healthy gut.
18.30 - 19.30 Dinner time.
Day 3 - Thursday 22nd:
Cleanse and Nourish - Fire Element

08.30am - 09.30am Yoga. Core-strengthening practice with twists and turns.
Exploring the Fire Element in our Yoga and its effect in our practice and life is essential. To balance our fire helps us to find the confidence in trusting ourself and to really listen to our gut feeling. The fire element works with self-confidence, clarity, strength as well as our ability to achieve goals. This element is often referred to as the ‘Self Power’ element and is an important part in our practice and life.

10.30 - 11.30 Talk on Gut Brain Connection and what happens when we Detox Body and Mind. How to tune into mindful and intuitive eating.
11.30 - 13.00 Yoga. Embodying and Balancing the fire within.

The element of air is the tread that brings body, mind and heart into the unity yoga really is. Having the courage to live in your heart takes strength and resilience. An invitation to fearlessly listen to your hearts whispers allowing you to live a life of freedom with yourself.

Integrative yoga practice combining elements learned throughout the retreat. Exploring the Ether Element in our Yoga and its effect in our practice and life. This is the element that gives you breathing space and freedom to just be. This is where all the elements come from and return back to. Always present within us, in every position and in everything.
We will explore how we always can access this quality of space at every moment and everywhere. Ether is all about freedom, that freedom which is within and around us, always available.

11.00 - 12.30 Sauna and free time.
12.30 - 13.30 Lunch.
13.30 - 14.30 Closing ceremony, a celebration of your journey, and setting intentions for continued well-being. Group sharing on maintaining a balanced and detoxified lifestyle post-retreat.

This Detox Retreat is put together by trained and experienced teachers within their field where the aim is to educate and inspire you to take this knowledge with you home and into your life.
